I criticise that x86_64-v3 isn't used. So now modern computers cannot use there full power and efficency because the system is compiled with old parameters. This is a waste of energy especially in this times.

There is a plan to support v3 through hwcaps. You have two groups of people. Those who would like to get the most out of new hardware, and those being super noisy and threatening to leave project we drop support for old hardware (like v1 only). The choice of x86_64-v2 + v3 or perhaps even v4 over hwcaps (https://news.opensuse.org/2022/09/26...vel-x86_64-v2/) seems like best compromise in exactly this timeframe.

AFAICT it will be Tumbleweed. And nothing else.

I've done a tiny bit of searching and I don't think anything concrete has been said. I've seen a few things that unofficially hint that the next versions of Leap and SLE will be based on ALP, but that's it and even they seem to be guesses. I'd be cool if both Leap and Tumbleweed got the immutable root treatment.

I'd not say the last traditional release as ALP will have also regular release schedule (release cadence not yet confirmed), but rather the last openSUSE release based on SLES 15 code stream.
There will be 15 SP6, 15 SP7, we just don't have capacity to work on all fronts, so we will do some overlap and focus on ALP instead of Leap see my slides https://en.opensuse.org/images/6/61/...l-Workshop.pdf

SUSE positions ALP as a parallel offering rather than successor to SLE 15 product family. We'll have to do similar positioning on the openSUSE community side.
The differences will be relatively big, most of system components (yast, firewall etc) will now run in containers, utilization of flatpaks ... so migration won't be easily doable. Although Richard has worked on scripts for Leap / TW migration to MicroOS (we could start from there).
