Congrats. Best router software in the business. I run it on all my networking equipment. Also on laptop/desktop/server as firewall and for network configuration. It runs great in unprivileged LXC containers.
Even my "unsupported" WR1043NDv1 (a classic) still gets new images and it still works fine as managed switch/AP .
Can't praise OpenWrt enough. They're doing god's work.

Great release, even the rc's did run really well on my devices. Can't imagine to use my routers without OpenWrt! The only thing I couldn't figure out was a working vlan setup many month ago, probably as well due to my limited networking knowledge ;-)

Nftables-powered OpenWrt. I never thought this day would come.

I really like nftables, but unfortunately, at least with OpenWRT development versions built a while ago, it doesn't perfrom as well for me (on a PC Engines APU2 board). Flow offload seemed not to work very well or at all. Couldn't max my gigabit connection, while 21.02.2 works perfectly fine. Maybe it's fixed now, though.

I'd like to see support for more low memory devices through use of MGLRU... Maybe this is part of OpenWRT now but I've not read any release notes.

The only [open source] router software in the business. The other projects are either completely dead or barely alive. I don't remember the last time I heard about DD-WRT.

how is raspberry pi 4 support? i'm currently running ipfire on it but i would love to run openwrt on it.(even thought QoS on ipfire is amazing)
