When is this administrator screen shown?

I installed Fedora Silverblue last week and I dont recall seeing a create account screen in Anaconda.

I'm not that intimately familiar with Windows but doesn't it mean the same thing?

The biggest issue was performance. Every machine I upgraded turned into a slide show and had to be nuked and paved. I am still to scared to risk upgrading my server.

First thing I tried was booting off a known good kernel.

How about default timeshift config with support for booting into snapshots? Would make system a lot more resilient.

-Let choose between Grub and Systemd-boot as a boot loader
-Let choose ESP's mount point besides /boot/efi (for instance, /efi or /boot)
-Let follow the DSP (https://systemd.io/DISCOVERABLE_PARTITIONS)

Why does it matter?

Fedora uses btrfs so it should always use subvolumes, not partitions.

As an application developer I like bleeding edge Fedora users, because (1) there are not that many of them relative to the overall distro landscape, (2) they get early exposure to the bugs that crop up when software library updates break your code behind your back, and (3) their bug reports are typically far better quality compared to users of mass market newbie distros.
