How is dm-integrity performance nowadays? I'd like to use it but last time I checked it was extremely slow

I have my integrity data on a spare ssd and dont see any speed differences.
With inline integrity it was very bad - but i only have slow 5400rpm drives

Although LVM snapshots are very useful, I've long thought of them as being slow. I think it stemmed from reading this page. Seeing it again, it can depend on a few factors and the issue practically goes away with SSDs, which is good to know. Hopefully this new fix can help even more.

I believe that systemd-homed relies upon DM for fits management of home folders, so this should benefit that as well.
