Phoronix: Fedora 31 Release Held Up By Installer + DNF Bugs

Fedora developers had been trying to ship Fedora 31 for their original release target of next Tuesday, 22 October, but that isn't going to happen due to remaining blocker bugs...

As long as we end up with a solid release, the delay doesn't really matter at all.
Thank you for the hard work to all the developers involved!

They might as well reschedule all future releases for November

The blocker bugs are real, and the release process should be respected, but realistically only a subset of the community is impacted. I have already upgraded five systems in my residence, and not encountered any issues with the upgrade. That is not atypical with Fedora releases and blocker bugs (only a subset impacted).

Using Fedora 31 here. Smooth as hell!

Not using Fedora 31 here. Even smoother than hell.

Been using it since the day the beta was released and it has been solid. Then again not much needs to change from release to release any more.
