    Seriously? It's way easier for me to remember "eoan" or "disco" than "19.04" or "19.10". The latter names are too generic.

      I wasn't talking about package URLs. You shouldn't be messing with that directly. Look here: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/

        If you want a specific deb you go to here http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/ where there is no codename and all packages.
