        OpenSUSE has ~/bin

        But two things appall me:

        1) That you are wasting your life away debating whether ~/bin should be in a user's default path or not instead of lying in bed with some nice girl (or guy)
        2) That I am actually reading all of this, but then, I guess I'm wasting time on purpose .... .
