    current RHEL alpha version uses kernel 4.16. I guess that it could be released in May 2019 (RH likes to have 1 year for testing..). it would be almost 5 years after release of RHEL 7. noone expected such long delay between releases - but it's still better to have this release in 2019Q2 than in 2020
