    It is usually USB live medium (180/40 MB/s read/write) or an SSD (Samsung 850 evo 500gb + LUKS; ~500/500 MB/s r./w.). Also i tried building in tmpfs but without change, so it isnt HDDs fault.

      How many compile threads do you start? With "make -j4" you start four threads which much faster on a multi core CPU.
