Shouldn't Solus have the same performance as Intel Clear Linux?
Why doesn't other Linux distribution uses Clear Linux as base?

Solus uses some of Clear Linux optimizations but isn't like a 1:1 copy.

Why not? What stops them (Or others) taking each and every optimization?
