    I'll be happy if this version fixes text input, KWallet and site data viewing. I'm still on Chromium 58 because the later versions break for me.

              Yes, 'cause a clean install of Chrome 64 on my laptop (on a clean Solus install as well, so both the OS *and* browser are clean!):

                Yes, it doesn't make use of it unless it's a patched version of chromium. Check chrome://media-internals while playing a video. Only if video_decoder is GpuVideoDecoder, it's hardware-decoded.
