    Besides a lot of NVDEC code landing for the next FFmpeg release, there's also been a number of OpenCL improvements that were just committed to this multimedia library's codebase...

    Maybe it's time for a single article saying "FFMPEG 3.5 has lots of cool shit coming soon!" that summarizes everything coming soon. So you don't have 5 different articles basically saying "FFMPEG 3.5 has some new stuff!" for each new thing....

      This is awesome. Basically, sounds like they're paving the way for all sorts of OpenCL-based processing filters (and encoders?), regardless of whatever decoder or other filters you might be using.
