          Xfce4-Panel 4.12 freezes sometimes. Maybe once per week. But I think is a XORG problem. Hopefully it will be fixed with Wayland.

                In other news, DebianXFCE is spearheading the effort to fork XFCE and keep it pegged to gtk+2.x

                  No problems with Xfce 4.12 with xorg server 1.18 or 1.19. You have something incompatible in your system.

                    Guess what, Xfce is stable because gtk 2 is stable. Xfce is ready, many others desktops are not.
