TrueOS. I did not care about the DE, wanted to check if they had solved Intel iGPU driver issue actually when I tried it out.

Inconsistent mess you'd have to deal with while configuring Lumina is my main issue with it though or I'd use it. Nothing else besides it and Cinnamon which looks nice, is not KitchenSink ReInvented and retains traditional usage logic.. XFCE4, LXDE, Mate are getting left in the past in the looks department..

I'm a pretty big fan of Breeze Dark, except that it messes with the text entry box of some web browsers I occasionally use (Konqueror/Rekonq, I think). They override the foreground text color to black, but don't change the background color, which is also black. I spent a while changing every color setting I could find, but still didn't solve it.

Anyway, I guess it's really a bug in those browsers, since you should never override text FG color without either changing the BG color or making sure it contrasts reasonably well.

There are drawing modes you can use to ensure a distinction under all conditions.

Does KDE or Qt support anything equivalent?

Would you tell us some examples (some webs)? (to do some tryings on them)

Sure. Both konqueror and rekonq have black text boxes, when you point them at the main google.com. Another bad site is https://www.matroska.org/team/source-code.html

When I view both of these in Chromium, on the same system/login/settings (kubuntu 16.04), it seems to ignore the Breeze colors for the browser pane and shows them as I normally see on other OS/browsers/etc.

If you want me to submit a bug report on this, just tell me where.

Thanks. Using Konqueror and Kubuntu 17.04:
                  - I don't see the problem in https://www.matroska.org/team/source-code.html
                  - I see the problem in google.com, but not in duckduckgo.com.

Rekonq is not being developed nowadays, people seem to prefer Qupzilla instead, although the packages of the latest Qupzilla version are not available in the stable versions of Debian, Ubuntu, etc. (https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=qupzilla) so I haven't tried it.

                  In
                  https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?...9ddee&start=15
Ben Cooksley, a KDE sysadmin, wrote that "The black text on black background issue is a fault generally specific to websites, as many specify the font colour, but regret to specify the background colour."
