    I have been testing Wayland with Gnome 3.18 and so far i see no compelling reason to switch from X . The only difference is that some software breaks even with Xwayland .

    nor the ability to to set the directory of our wallpapers location to a different directory other than the default pictures folder. its either pictures or having to go into nautilus and right clicking on the photo to set.
