    Not sure what gave you the feeling it was falling behind. It mirrors Firefox and Thunderbird releases closely (only this year skipping a few). Maybe it was the UI, but after so many years I got so used to that, I really, really, REALLY wouldn't want anyone touching it.

      Don't remember anymore--maybe extension support, though that doesn't appear to be a problem anymore, if it ever was. One thing I would like to see is the option to have a menu button on the same bar as the url bar, and an option to hide the handles on the left of the bars, but I imagine I could just make/install an extension or edit a UI file to do that.

      I can live with the little handle on the left, if there's only one bar. ^_^
