    Looks like the devs don't think these are high priority issues:
    * kodi requires global mysql permissions in case you want to sync your views with multiple devices. The kodi tables are not enough!
    * there is no in-picture mode - even no so smart TVs master this.

        Mysql support in legacy. It is still only in kodi because there is noting else to replace it. But for Kodi 16 we might get a new System for Share the Media with Multiple Instances.
