I suppose you (Michael) as an admin can see my e-mailaddress?

    Thanks!
Invite sent, even though one of the rules was supposed to be you have at least 5 posts in the forums.

Well, I'm sorry I've been reading the homepage for quite some time already, but that article about Boxee finally triggered me to register for the Forum!

          PS: thx
You may have a bit of an issue getting to work on openSUSE 11.0 64-bit. It's simple enough to fix though. Have a look at this thread http://xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=34542&page=3 to get an idea of what you have to do.

I would really like to try this out. I've been a huge fan of XBMC, but the only thing lacking is TV support.

My email should be associated with my account. Thanks!

                Thanks Michael,

I hope I didn't waste an invite on you. Just to let other people know, the linux release is for 32bit only. I have a 64bit system and thus cannot install.

Although, I am considering a dual boot to test this thing out, it seems pretty exciting.

You could build it from source for 64-bit.

Hey, I hope not asking for an invite but some infos is ok here too =)
If you want to awnser them anyway in the story anyways that's fine for me =)

You said it brings rtorrent, does that mean it has a torrent frontend? That is something that has been lacking for xbmc!
Also do you know if there are plans to backport some non python features into the xbmc edition for the xbox? It is kinda sad seeing all the work going into other platforms while the xbox itself still is a kickass machine for a media center
