      Cards with Envy24HT don't have HWMIX tag. Maybe it's not implemented in ice1724 for this chip.

        No HWMIX tag on these cards. Maybe it's an unimplemented feature in ice1724 driver for this chip.

            Did anybody having problems with ALSA just delete the /etc/asound.conf provided by their distro? By default (without any config file) ALSA enables dmix and it just works.

              I tried the new feature but it caused lags in wow for me (the combat log was not syncron with the game).
