Phoronix: Firefox 35 Is Ready For Release, Available For Download Now

In usual Mozilla fashion, Firefox 35.0 is scheduled to be released tomorrow but if you're so tempted to upgrade to the latest release of this open-source web-browser you can do so tonight...

    Shumway

I hope they've advanced Shumway along, even if just small items here and there.

Unless the PDF reader got faster, I don't find anything too exciting here.

Have they reverted their fucking broken unusable new search engines menu?

Works fine on FF 34 /w classic theme restorer. I don't see anything broken.
Searching from address bar also works.
I usually open a tab to FVD Speed dial and search from there.

No, but you can just toggle a key (browser.search.showOneOffButtons) in about:config if you don't like it. I don't know if it's broken, but it could definitely be smoother/faster (at least that's my impression for the 2 times I used it before getting annoyed and disabling it).

GTK3 will support Wayland, so I don't know if they need to do anything special for it.

The feature has been working fine for me also, on my Slackware 14 desktop, Windows 7 laptop, and an OS X 10.10 mini.
