RTMP was supported by LightSpark for quite some time - it's enabled by default since 0.6.1 release that happened over a year ago. So meh.
Also, RTMP was actually reverse-engineered by MPlayer developers and they wrote an open-source implementation of the protocol (librtmp). So doubly meh.

      Porno-compatible

The big question is it porno-compatible?

      Flash is useless.
Only reason to keep it around is porno.

Try Lightspark? We all tried Lightspark, across a number of distributions as well: it's awful. It's nothing but a pile of bugs and a bag of empty promises. As it is, Gnash is the superior Flash alternative though the future might belong to Lightspark.

Well Lightspark at least shows beginning of videos after that it just cycles (in some cases it plays entire video) but at very least the video is downloadable by FF flash download plugin On the other hand Gnash never works anywhere

I don't understand how you or anyone else says that.
CNN, the daily show, my bank website, hulu, youtube, everything uses flash, without It I can't function, I can't look up something on the internet I'll always be flash paranoid and want to throw my phone against the wall when I reach the website only to see a black or blank screen because I don't have flash. Like when someone asks me "hey you know that thing you can buy that would really be useful in our situation?" and I'm like, "Yeah let me just google it and I'll buy one of those, ohhhh sorry the website uses flash. Would you like to help me crush this phone in a vice because some nerd somewhere that helped make this phone lives in an alternate reality where we don't need our phones to work for real?"
I really don't understand what world you live in. I understand flash sucks and eats resources and battery and html5 will eventually replace it but the reality is that you need it to get stuff done. There is a plethora of websites that use it, that is just the reality of it.

I demand that you switch to an all electric vehicle right now, no gas or hybrids allowed! I'm putting my fist down! There is no transition period or gradient phasing in of the new technology, It goes in right now! Get that gas crap out of here! No charging station near your house, too bad! Who gave you permission to run errands and live and get things done! I am arbitrarily forcing you to not use older technology even if it creates many difficulties in your life and makes you lose your job because your late, not get the groceries, flake on your date, not be able to functionl in life, functioning and getting things done is so over rated. Now I will go back to my cigar and petting my cat on my secret island, for I am the evil nerdtastically awesome genius that is so far ahead of my time I can't function without my future teleporting laser watch that hasn't been invented yet.

If my bank used flash, I would change banks ASAP. They obviously don't care for their users.

The rest you listed are all video sites.

This, doubly this and caramelised this.

Youtube on the other hand will just revert quite often to H5. Unfortunately it appears a lot of the older content will never be transcoded as the original source video uploaded likely would have been deleted, therefore the only option would be to transcode an already downsized video! Interestingly, some of the new stuff also doesn't revert to H5 at times.
                  Hi
