    Of course not. Red Hat will obviously use a later version than today's 3.2. If past RHEL release cycles are any indication, RHEL 7 will at least use GNOME 3.4, more likely 3.6, or less likely even 3.8.

      I don't think he was talking about the bugginess state which will hopefully be improved with the coming versions. I think he was likely talking about usability which will not change in any meaningfull way in the current 3.x.
