I'm usually in the bleeding edge but I haven't actually tried Wine Wayland yet. Sounds like it will be easier now!

Beating GNOME at supporting Wayland protocols isn't a high bar.

I wonder, how does Wine Wayland handle scaling?

Calling them Linux just because they contain the Linux kernel? Well, OK, hope it will make your desktop Linux distro work better.

When I use the word Linux, I mean "Linux distros".
Wait, how can that be?! Didn't we have The Year Of The Linux Desktop back in the late 90s? I've been lied to!

If you do not want to be misunderstood, use the correct words! So wonder people get fed up with your posts because they're gibberisch and wrong, when you use the wrong words.
That's rather funny in context of the greater post.

Different distributions have different userspaces, too. Different distributions aren't Debian repackaged with different Package Managers. They have different programs, ways of doing things, different C libraries, etc. Yeah, there's some overlap, but that overlap occurs with Android, various server setups, random desktops, the BSDs and more.

Linux servers could have a GUI if they wanted to.

At some point it's all simply A FOSS Clusterfuck Venn Diagram with everyone just drawing circles in the sand around what they're using in their OS.

This must be added to main article

I can't even get past the main menu in Elden Ring with my PS5 controller or 8bitdo Pro 2. When you have a game like No Man's Sky where all the stars align and everything Just Works™ it's pretty great.
Sadly input issues stay present in both X and Wayland (some bugs appear in only in X or only in Wayland or other cases in both)
