As an organization they have been fundamentally broken in recent years by toxic political extremism. A little budget shortage may actually do some good here.

They will cut the DEI department funding, right?

I guess they will have to cut back on the drug fueled orgies, maybe they can switch to some cheap beer and lower quality strippers.

I wouldn't trust Lunduke if he told me the sky was blue, and I definitely won't be blessing his site with a view.

I'm taking a shot in the dark here, but I'm guessing you definition of "toxic political extremism" is probably something to do with trying to reach out to under represented groups? In which case, I also hope it does some good and they continue to invest in those areas.

                    Tolerant, diverse, and inclusive.
As a side note, very typical online attitude from certain... groups.

                    Lets unspin here a little.
                    1) Trying why? Who decided it should be tried?
                    2) Reach out - what does it mean? In old white gammon terms please.
                    3) under represented groups - there's a whole bunch of uncertainty with this one.
Who and HOW measures the degree of representation?
                    Among what/who too?
Who decides what groups go where on the chart and which one deserves any action (Who pays/backs the action again? Who ceded the right to decide?) and which doesn't?
Also in real-life practical terms please.

Just curious, what sort of a return and more importantly in who's interests such investment is supposed to bring?

                    Thank you in advance.

When the next time you wonder why the heck is gnome SHELL still an unusable mess defective by design, just read this

LMAO it's so typical for our friend a few posts before to be so (in their own lingo) "passive aggressive" towards plain, skeptical, and honest reporting. Because all of their mind boggling hypocrisy is easily debunked in a few (hundred) words. The world of (neo-)marxist entitled "philosophers" is truly a backwards one.
