I wish they make their own rust rewrite of quickjs instead of spidermonkey to make it even lighter and safer.

They could just use Boa instead of creating a new one.

It would be funny if there was a Servo-based browser that would outperform the Firefox in the future, and gain more users.

maybe in the future, servo still has a LOT of promise, and very well developed framework. It will take time, but it can get there for sure.

there were some drafted proposals to make the js engine modular, primarily for v8, but it could apply to quickjs, boa etc.

What other browsers support web extensions? Certainly the Chromium based browsers don't. I know some have built-in adblockers, etc, but that's not the same as full extension support like we have on the desktop.

Interesting, I wasn't aware other Chromium based browsers on Android had gotten them to work properly, this might be the first one?
I might start using this as a backup browser over Cromite.

Yandex supports Chrome extensions on Android, Kiwi Browser also, and Lemur Browser. And if I'm not mistaken, Samsung Internet and MS Edge for Android too. But at least the first three do (Yandex, Kiwi and Lemur).

Maybe aarch64 is ok, aarch32 android almost dead....
But apk size is 151MB, so i even cannot install it
And this is very much for secondary browser which unlikely to be default and only installed
