    Not really, or rather really not. Primarily a user issue here.

But also, that "user" brought a heavily judgemental comment without any element showing he actually knew what he talked about, nor being actually asking for help in a neutral and polite manner (like "hey, it's nice KDE seems to advance, sadly on my computer with X distrib and Y hardware it has been a mess. Did I miss something or...?).

    When someone comes in with a comment that could be mistaken for a plain troll, nobody should be surprised if some reactions are less than constructive as a result.

      Exactly, i would have probably said something similar (if less eloquent) if i wasnt on my phone at the time
