This is a phoronix issue, not a linux user issue, had they posted that on lemmy or reddit theyd have had significantly better responses

But also, that "user" brought a heavily judgemental comment without any element showing he actually knew what he talked about, nor being actually asking for help in a neutral and polite manner (like "hey, it's nice KDE seems to advance, sadly on my computer with X distrib and Y hardware it has been a mess. Did I miss something or...?).

When someone comes in with a comment that could be mistaken for a plain troll, nobody should be surprised if some reactions are less than constructive as a result.
