I see the humor was lost on someone.

I do (as I said), but I live in Queensland, a state renown for people who like to sit behind other's doing the legal speed limit, flash their lights, rage in the cabin, and then overtake in an excessively aggressive manner, then cut you of, hit the brakes, gesticulate obscenely then exit over the speed limit right in to the back end of a traffic jam because people here like lights at the tops of exits/slipways/whatever (which is normal).

The humour wasn't lost and if I were a dick, I'd say the same to you considering the above. It just wasn't as funny as the weird shit I see when I visit my 'home town'.

I took it the wrong way. I still don't see the connection between the drivers you describe (which we have plenty of on this side of the Pacific pond) and my comment, other than they both involve people cursing. Anyway, I'd just as soon forget the whole thing. Sorry.
