Pipewire mostly solved bluetooth on Linux, my chinese bluetooth adapters all work wonderfully.

Although pandemics made many people drop Linux because of the abysmal support for Bluetooth on Pulseaudio, I think that it is not the case today and many people here still are rehashing the same arguments for what happened to them 2 years ago.

I wanted to help them troubleshoot, but then things got even worse with the following release, so I gave up and returned to PulseAudio, because I really need something that works every day.
I had similar issues. In my case it was because both pipewire and pulseadio were trying to control the bluetooth connection. Uninstalling the Pulse bluetooth extension solved the problem for me and it has not returned.
