Phoronix: FEX-Emu 2212 Improves x86_64 Game Support On Arm, Now Supports Older Radeon GPUs

Wonder how this would do on my Jetson nano?

Also, what ARM boards are there with PCI-E slots that aren't megabucks? I mean, I could buy an ARM64 board and have all the fun of emulation, or I could just buy an AMD-based NUC and have everything just work... for less money. If I built a messy-parts desktop it'd be even cheaper, of course.
