      LXQT is looking good! Would be great for the Raspberry Pi especially if it leveraged the QT Vulkan backend, and the Pi's new Vulkan graphics drivers! Bet it would be smooth as butter!

        That's just the first screenshot on their page. They have a bunch of other themes there as well that don't all look like that.

          With KDE using less resources than XFCE it is clear to me that Qt-based desktops are better suited for minimal resource environments. LXQt will be even better suited. LWQt (the Wayland spin of LXQt) will use even less resources.

            The ability to let user change the gui base colour with one click is a great option.

              The taskbar and system tray looks too old. they should copy KDE's taskbar.

                  No. KDE is overbloated and LXQt is purposefully going minimalistic.
