We did not impose sanctions on you, and we did not move our nuclear missiles to your borders. We did not impose sanctions on you, and we did not move our nuclear missiles to yours borders. It is you who have placed weapons near our borders, and instead of a peaceful settlement, you are sending weapons to Ukraine. We have been running for 8 years to fulfill the Minsk agreements. The first point in the Minsk agreements, Ukraine should give the Donetsk and Luhansk regions federal rights, guarantee the security of all citizens as well as the leadership, and reform the constitution. But it was not profitable for Ukrain. Ukrain are bankrupt! And they need to pay social benefits to these people! Instead, they pumped the country into arms, stole money, and pumped the people of Ukraine into conflict with Russia. Again, I'm not talking about propaganda and political preferences. Propaganda exists in all countries, it is foolish to deny it! Only hypocrites can talk about the lack of propaganda in their country!
h0tc0d3, you didn't hear about Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances or choose to ignore it, right?
Well, dictators are hungry of territories, and it is normal we should react with force against somebody as primitive as Putin who respects force and force only. Without reaction it could go further and attack somebody else too,
Currently you're fan of very bad people. You Russians must realize that. Your authorities try to steal not only foreign territories - they steal you and your people. Unless you're rich oligarch or one of those who benefits from this sick system, you become "useful idiot" as Soviet called it by supporting them. The problem is you don't realize that you've got manipulated, such attitude makes your country poor and it's against your interest and interest of citizens. Noone can demonstrate against your dictator, noone can spread information about what really happens in Ukraine or go to prison for max 15 yrs. this is cult of brutal force against productive work. They try to stimulate your greed for territories, and that's just sick. That's what comminists wanted to do: to steal people and redistribute it, but at some point there was nothing to steal and noone produced anything with quality and it became a economical problem. You had drunk president Boris Yeltsin, you have formel KGB agent as a "president". It wasn't good examples, but that may change in the future. You Russians must force these thiefs and war criminals to resign from office. It is your country! Don't support people who make you poor and create chaos in your mind.

Why are you trying to mix people, the people of Russia, ideologies, and political views into the category of Putin's bots?
If you were smarter, you would share these concepts. And did not scatter words, but wrote your opinion with reason.
But you're pretty dumb and this why you use only such primitive statements.

There is no tolerance and should not be tolerance for violence, in Russia too. It shouldn't be barbaric country which tries to own territories using fake assuptions (you realize which, about saving from Nazis, which you've chosen to ignore). Well, open your eyes, and rethink what you're saying. You must suffer from sanctions as your duty is to fight these pseudoauthorities, not to support them.

We do not suffer from sanctions. You want to think so because your propaganda says it.
If you were smarter, you would understand that I just said that you should not mix the people of Russia and politics.
The main thing, I never said that any country is better or worse.

Can Western media be trusted? Caution. Putin propaganda a link below!

They try to convince us that we are poor. But in fact, we have the cheapest food and housing costs. They pay us dollars, and the exchange rate difference only allows us to live better in our country. Our country is completely food and resource independent, yes, we do not have some technologys, but we have rare metals and affordable food that other countries do not have. Therefore, all sanctions are paid by our Western states. It is enough for me to work in any Western company, or freelance for pay all the bills. In fact, we can offer cheaper labor and live well. Therefore, Western specialists will be the first to suffer from this, and COVID-19 has forced everyone to save money, and companies are at a loss, and are forced to look for cheaper labor. Only European and American specialists are not ready to work cheaper, they have to pay loans and bills, if their salary is lowered, they simply will not be able to pay the bills. The Russian people have been under sanctions all their lives, and we, in comparison with the West, have learned to adapt, and even benefit from it. And in fact, if there are tougher sanctions, the production of electronics will stop all over the world, because Russia is more than 90% the supplier of a very rare component used for the production of microcircuits.

Well, you say what you want us to think, that's for sure.
You're trying to make everything relative. Well, it is not. It should be force that counters that pure greed and cult of brutal force.

This happens in LATAM too, btw.

I'm not going to say that Europeans or Americans are bad people, of course not, I do business and I'm friend with individuals from both, with real people. But governments are not as clean as they like to present themselves, the external policies of these governments are not ethical, and lead to a lot of deaths in targeted countries every year. In Latin America, the US provide weapons to crime, fund dissident groups, incite conflicts, etc. Again, I’m not talking about real people when I call Europe or US, I'm talking about the governments, the big wigs that take decisions in behalf and “in behalf” of the people, of course the big capital that support their backs too.

What is truly terrible is killing people, destroying their homes, denying them their human rights, with or without an invasion. What we are seeing today is something that should've not happened. Furthermore, the world could have avoided this scenario, and yes Putin is wrong because people is suffering so much.

But I'm 100% sure that Putin is not the only one that's wrong here. So let's glance at the big picture.

In year 89 when the wall fell, NATO promised to not expand to the east not even by a centimetre, but despite Russian cooperation with world order (iirc they even allowed occidental inspectors to supervise their nuclear programs), NATO broke their promise, in less than 30 years, NATO's limit advanced more than a thousand kilometres towards the east. Guess which was the next boundary?

NATO is not a commercial organization nor a peaceful group of any sort, is a damn military coalition, so whoever can not understand that the expansion of a military coalition is no joke, please go sit at the corner to reflect. Now, when Ukraine's president asks to be part of NATO, that can't be funny to Russia (nor China, btw). So yeah, that's either a very stupid move, or a very well paid one, It can't be anything else because it is so obvious what will the consequences be, I mean, I know it and I do art for a living, I don't even have a f degree, can't believe a president didn't know what asking that would mean, even if the invasion was already in course.

So Russia is wrong, but NATO is so wrong, too, and Ukraine is also wrong. None of them are victims, the victims here are only people, Ukrainians that lost their homes, their lives, and Russians that are being discriminated for circumstances outside their reach, Rumanians that will take in all those Ukrainians that fled, they are victims too.

So in behalf of humaneness, let's not boycott other people if not asked by each of our countries laws, stay neutral, do not take sides, they have their very complex circumstances, allow them to sort their mess on their own; but whatever you do, please do not send them weapons, that's stupid. Send them food instead, medical kits, anything that may help them stay fucking ALIVE and safe, ask your government to open your borders to them. That is what will really help.

Since Putin wants to shut down the internet, go complain to him. “Is the information in the West true?” Maybe not, but it's free, while dissident journalists are being killed or boycotted in Russia.

Yep, you're right. Can you name at least one name of a journalist killed in Russia?
PETER HITCHENS: In the long-ago summer of 2010, I found myself in the harbour of Sevastopol, surveying the rival fleets of Russia and Ukraine as they rode at anchor in the lovely Crimean sunshine.
