    Where did you even get this? Wayland's global hotkeys portal is still in discussion.

    The relevant PR in OBS is merely layering the infrastructure so that keybinds can finally be supported after the portal is finalized and implemented.

        Probably an error in the changelog.
        The author is literally the one that wrote the PR I linked above with that one also being the only relevant one of theirs.
