True but that's why it's such important news that it has better stability

Server Side Decoration does not mean decoration like KDE and Client Side Decoration does not mean headerbars like on Gnome.
It purely means if one party or two parties should be responsible to draw the window. Not how the decoration looks.

Last time I checked desktop icons, menu bars, and the system tray are not Windows 95 features.
In fact they're much older and still work perfectly well on every other major operating system and desktop environment

For example: someone writes you in a chat on Pidgin. There's NO way, without sound, to have a visual signal on this event. Because of the removal of these components:

          - application taskbar
          - systray
Have you ever heard of notifications?

You mean this work of beauty you can only access if you minimize your windows https://ufo.ai/iconsareoverrated/5o791x8.png ? Everyone wants to get rid of them.

Even microsoft and apple want to get rid of those 80s mistakes. If I give you 5 random applications with Menu Bars and tell you to find the settings in all of them on the first try, you will fail dramatically.

Microsoft wants to get rid of them and apple phased them out replacing them with small widgets that can actually display something useful if clicked.

Just drop Epiphany, Evince or Boxes.
Every single normal minded person installs a decent PDF viewer in the first hour of using his/her system. Epiphany is no-one's to go browser, not even the backup. And there are plenty of better solutions for virtualization.

Let the specialists take care of those and use the resources to relieve the burden, i.e. develop and maintain the necessary options and customizations 90% of Gnome users are so desperately expecting (contrary to aforementioned useless apps).

                  Bull.
Split pane is better than snapping in every possible way. Nemo does it though. Majority of ordinary users want to be able to sort and transfer files easily and properly (photos would be a great example in this holiday period). At this point, Nautilus can barely do that.
And that's why many users have switched to Nemo even for simple file transfers, as it is much more featured and professional looking than what Nautilus has become.

I'm not gonna even start on your post, the guy above me took care of it. But man you sound like you whine a lot. Again, respectfully
You're the only one whining here though.

Denied. This has nothing to do with anything.
Not liking one thing as it is doesn't mean holding to something old and very different.
Either you are a bit twofold simple-minded or more likely this is an intellectual manipulation of Gnome bigots to try and belittle critical users.

A massive number of users like those and use them in their workflow.
Just a few want to get rid of them. You know, the little Gnome fanboys/dictators without the most basic empathy and tolerance towards others who use them. I don't use them, but I am able to put myself in others' shoe and accept they think differently. You should try it. You'll grow as an individual.
