If a bug that's marked as fixed is still happening to you, you can re-opening. Be sure to mention which version you're using though.

Honestly, it's not worth the time. I gave a clear description of what was going on, if following those steps they only managed to fix the occurrences some of the time (hopefully), the best I can hope for at this point is a stream of "it works on my machine". (And yes, I know some bugs are like that )
