GNOME 40 Mutter Lands Wayland Presentation-Time Support

Last time I checked (a couple months ago), it still hadn't been solved. And there's no other video player that is anywhere near as good for me (VLC, Gnome videos or Celluloid just feel like cheap fallbacks to me).

It has been resolved for some time now actually. Latest smplayer on archlinux with mpv works fine for me under wayland.

I just checked, it works with the default output driver indeed, and it is a first.
Doesn't work with gpu output driver + vaapi/vdpau hardware decoding. So no hardware acceleration then.
Better, but not there yet.
