It supports Windows but it doesn't support free systems like ppc64le (Raptor).
It also lacks support for VirGL on tcp connections, but I gave up on this

In case you're wondering, it also works the other way round. I have built QEMU for Windows with SPICE support and used a Windows SPICE client with it. Even supports multiple displays.

For multi-user sessions, X11 has XDMCP+SPICE, Windows has RDP (or even RDP+SPICE). What would you use for Wayland?
The following Bugzilla is very unsatisfying:
"While I think this is a nice request, but moving to Wayland there will be no more multiple sessions anyways. So closing wontfix."

I like Spice, but the QXL driver needs a bit of love / updating for modern X. On the server (what you're connecting to side) craps out and X crashes when running Arch.
