Mozilla should stop focusing too much on services people may or may not use, and focus on the browser while there are still people using it.

I think the exact opposite, Mozilla should offer paid service, like VPN, email Server, file storage, synchronization, federation, in the wake of privacy, freedom and free software. So we can have an ecosystem suitable for our needs.
