    I wonder if this means we don't need to have multi-arch OS anymore to run wine, don't need to install wine32 libs separately and everything will just work in a unified wine 64bit runtime?

      They say office compatibility has improved, but they don't seem to mention specifics. What exactly has gotten better?

        Yes, the changes were made for Catalina compatibility will profit also for Linux (for now Codeweavers say it is experimental). That means "drop 32-bit" problem won't affect Wine in the future
