GNOME 3.32 Beta Released With Performance Improvements, Last Minute Features

I have now installed gtk3.0 +, but nautilus warns that it is already installed.
So the only way to get access to Gnome 3.32 is the Ubuntu team make it available on Ubuntu 19? At least somehow I can use a manager like apt?
