GStreamer 1.15.1 Released With Work On AV1, V4L HEVC Encode/Decode

Really looking forward to this release!
There has also been some major improvements to the RTSP server and matroska demuxer which I've been testing on the git version since a while back.
Shlomo has done a great job on the Rust bindings, they are incredibly nice to use and has used many techniques to make the bindings feel Rust-native even though they're not. Even better than the GTK bindings which are pretty decent IMO.
