Just, go Qubes OS, if you want to feel safe... Flatpak is far from being secure...

It's run on SpywareOS... ahem I mean Windows 10 man. Security is not really important there.

As I know WSL dnes not contain X/Wayland, get. So may be third party X server for Windows is used
