      Actually I tried it on Arch Linux. It was surprisingly anti-climactic. It just works heh! Just kill wpa_supplicant, edit /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf to add a device section with wifi.backend=iwd, then restart NetworkManager.

        Good stuff, I can't wait for wpa_supplicant to finally die off.
