          My personal disinterest is due to my total dislike of C or Python. Otherwise the GTK-folks do have some interesting ideas, like the Scene Graph and the CSS styling.

            GTK3 with gobject-introspection was amazing tech. Gnome 3 was so terrible, it no longer matters.

              Maybe because Gnome has become the heaviest desktop environment out there? Nowadays even KDE feels like a lightweight DE when compared to Gnome.
