Linux security is also joke intentionally or accidentally because of using dangerous language like C, missing / insufficient code review and testing.

Why don't these people like OpenBSD?

Is there any other way to write portable and fast kernels?

Are you aware that nearly all operating systems today have there kernel written in C, and as to insufficient code review/testing all i have to say is it is regularly audited by government agencies and huge business regularly.

There are also kernel written in other languages. Unsafe code is faster than safe code because of missing checking. Security depends also on userspace.
Security would be improved if usage of C language would be minimized which means kernel can't support C userspace API and userspace can't contain C libraries / applications
which means it can't be POSIX compliant.

It is audited by NSA for collecting and misusing all security bugs and ensuring it won't be secure.

It's not that they don't like OpenBSD it's that they prefer FreeBSD and want to make it more secure, and really this is more the revival of the TrustedBSD project AFAICT which appears to have died in 2007. Should be interesting to see what they come up with
