There's also been more work on getting the COSMIC desktop apps working on Redox OS
Perhaps it'll soon be time to update the photo?

Notable new software work includes getting the Simple HTTP Server running as the first web (HTTP) server for the platform. Simple HTTP Server itself is written in Rust as well. There is also an ongoing effort to bring the Apache HTTP server to Redox OS too.
this essentially means that enough of relibc works to get this software going. Maybe for Apache the build system needs to get patched to support Redox - I don't know. But the other web server really has nothing OS specific code and thus should simply work by compiling it.

I found it more interesting that Redox OS can now compile simple hello world programs of C, C++ and rust on Redox itself.

Yeah, the closer the compilers and core libs get, the more the dogfooding starts to dogpile. Exciting times for them.

It's the kind of fun sounding project I would have joined with a song in my heart ten years ago but, like most things Rust, it's encumbered by an offensive (as opposed to defensive) CoC and full of people who look for opportunities to use that kind of thing. So, best of luck to them but I won't be contributing.

Does this mean that it finally has a working dynamic linker?

It wasn't my impression that redox's COC isn't worse than clangs or the one of GNU. What makes you think otherwise?

As I have said before, it is obvious that eventually S76 products will be shipped with this OS instead of a Linux based OS.

Yeah because as a company they cannot wait until they can change from supplying a small market to supplying an extremely tiny market... S76 is not behind Redox, the main dev of Redox simply happen to also work at S76 (and not in any management position).

You're thinking LLVM not clang but to answer that: I didn't say it was. They're all three designed solely so you can feel justified in railroading people you don't like out of a project.

There is no other reason to have a CoC. You could always kick people you didn't like out of a project without one, you just didn't get to feel as self-righteous when you did. They're even all quite specific in the kind of people they think should be ostracized from all of society and left to starve, so there's no doubt whatsoever what the politics of those insisting on them are.
