      "It" being an implementation of WireGuard. If the implementation is good enough to be added to the OpenBSD source tree and go through their scrutiny, then other projects will be more inclined to accept an implementation of WireGuard.

          Thry could serve as a base to port the code to other BSDs though. That said, there is an independent implementation for NetBSD that was being considered for FreeBSD.
