The macOS bit is neat. Brings nothing new to the table for Linux-only people AFAICT?

I'm looking forward to trying this out. Currently, I use SSH to connect to a Linux machine, which has several disadvantages like having to use network shares. I've been able to run some applications on my Mac machine using brew, but when I tried to install Noah (https://github.com/linux-noah/noah) it failed miserably. This might just be the much needed Linux command line I miss when working on my Mac.

        Have you considered installing Homebrew?

Like I said in my post: I use (home)brew and it allows me to run some tools, but I'd really like an actual Linux environment on my Mac and this seems to come pretty close.
