Windows 10 vs. Linux With AMDGPU+RadeonSI, NVIDIA Pascal, Lots Of Games Coming
As a reference, please add a pure CPU test(s) (integer/floating point) with identical source code (not different implementations of libraries).
This should show 'how much CPU' is available on each platform, due to different scheduling, occurrence of interrupts, different cpu frequencies/governors, and so on.
