Open-Source Stress Testing & Torturing Your Linux Software/Hardware
It's just like GNOME 2, but a lot less functional, and with an annoyingly laggy UI. On all my RHEL servers, I replace it immediately with MATE and Openbox.
I wonder what theme it is. Is that the default Adwaita theme?
