Phoronix network issues

Today some pages do not load, some images do not load, until refreshed a couple times. Both on phoronix and OB.

Traceroute stops at HIVELOCITY.bar1.Tampa1.Level3.net, not sure how close that is to your ISP.

HiVelocity is the data center we use. Checking with them now to see if there's any known issues.

Can you let me know what your IP is (need to see if somehow it's on a firewall block) or if you're still having issues?

Still having the same issues. But if I was blocked, I wouldn't be able to access at all, no?

Re my IP, as the forum admin you should see it? 84.251...
